Alinco DR735T I must be missing something, overlooking or just plain being an idiot. Programmed several repeater pairs. Assigned a name to each. In memory mode the name displays but I cannot find the function to have the frequency display. So if memory channel 1 is 146.520 it has a name of Simplx. Memory channel 2 is 147.075 with a name of Wbro. In memory mode the name displays, press Function, frequency number displays but there is no way I can find to set it to only display the frequency or choose between the two. If I do not assign a name it will display the frequency. Make sense????
I used RT Systems software, they are also looking into this.
Other mobile units I own have this option choose between displaying the name or frequency.

Hi @K4LFP, if I understand correctly that you want to display frequency and the channel name simultaneously, it does not appear that you can do that. I could not find any reference in the manual of a simultaneous display. 73, Dave K4EET

Press the FUNC key once, and you should see the frequency on one or both sides. Press again and it goes back to tags/names. As K4EET mentioned, it won't display Freq/Tags simultaneously tho.
