last night while scanning i heard a call it said a person was 29-p for a 286. iknow what the 29-p means how about the 286 what does this mean, i did not see the screen who had the call but it could only be dsp or ncc pd thats the only 2 i was listening to. thanks for any help if anyone knows what the code 286 means.

Most likely a 286 is a type of crime because a 29-P is "positive on wanted".
