all channels locked out????

i just got a pro96 scanner, used, i press scan and it says all chanels locked out. how do i make this go away, please help.

You have to program the scanner first. By default the channels are locked out if nothing is programmed into them.

When you program a frequency into a blank channel, then it should be unlocked.

USE WIN96 - Things are MUCH easier with this software.
