To toggle Department and Site Quick Key 01, on the scanner you would press:
MARCSip Cols Favorites List Quick Key Number PERIOD MARCSip Metro System Quick Key Number PERIOD 01 Eyes.

Now why in the world did that work now and not before? *scratches head* I could swear I've typed 0.0.0 or 0.0.1 and it not worked.

There are several reasons, but most likely you did what I have any number of times. Pressing this button or sequence, but actually pressing something else. Fingers can be bigger than buttons and you press 2 instead of 1. It happens.
