Hello, new to this site. Anyone know what talk groups being used for tonights all star game?

Just about any of the H-event and the G-event talk groups are active. Also some of the demo as well as the statewide groups have had some activity as well.

It seems unusually quiet on the bands today. Especially a day that is so significant. In scanning MPSPS, I'm even searching ID's, instead of scanning my usual list. Even the FED freqs that are usually busy with normal traffic are very quiet. Anyone else?

Yes, it has been quiet today...be patient...it will get busier once more people show up and the gates open.

g-event13 has been active, as well as h-event23, g-event05 and g-event11

If you're really close to Comerica, you might want to try the frequencies on license WQCY401. These frequencies licensed to Bearcom Rentals should be used for operations within the ballpark. The fourteen repeaters only have ERPs of 5w.

Getting about 5 hits an hour on H-Event 23. Had a lot more traffic over the weekend.

What tower are you listening to? I am getting activity off of the Northville tower as well as Detroit. It's not constant, but much more than just 5 hits per hour.

The last hour I had 9 hits loged on H-event 23 Northville and Detroit Towers(206 and 209). Could have missed a few getting a lot of Chesterfield and Warren traffic.
I monitor the Detroit, Northville, Mt Clemens, Romeo and Richmond Towers.
I heard that Wayne Co. is still giving away tickets to the game.
