If I could be in the area I would start with the freqs on this license:

Eligibility
90 - Two-way radios will be supporting a large spectator event for crowd control, medical response, security detail, and event operations. Two-way radio communication will be the primary mode of communication during this event.

Play ball!
I figured that and will search some common freqs. I'm thinking LE, FD & EMS may be on one mutual talkgroup. Also expecting some air traffic, etc.

Will the frequencies with 20 watts, how far north will they reach off I-25? Will they reach Loveland/Ft.Collins area?
