I've been hearing what sounds like a digital simalcast almost like Hampshire Co does on Channel 1. anyone else hearing this?

now I've heard units talking about ATAC1.

They recently installed a new LTR Passport trunking system. This might explain some of the changes that are going on at this time. I just added the system to the database.
