Alleghency Co Fire - 470.3875 PL 123.0

The RRDB lists 470.3875 with a different PL (and maybe for that listing it is correct), but for the past few days I've heard fire activity on:

470.3875 PL 123.0 (CWID of WQKE816)

I've heard:

235 Plum
278 / 279 - Swissvale

Those agencies are East Zone per K3FS website. I see that the K3FS website lists it in the blog as East Zone Fire.

My data is from personally monitoring/confirming the above agencies on it. Who else uses it or what it should be called, I wont' venture a guess other than to say K3FS probably has it right

So me thinketh the RRDB needs updated to reflect this.

it not in service yet.. have heard radio service doing test on it.. 911 patched east zone fire in to test transmitter signal strength.

Ok. So the activity I heard earlier today from Plum/Swissvale was just patched in from other channels? Oh well. As for the strength, I got about 2 bars of signal strength on my PRO-197 with an outside antenna just barely thrown up and functional. Was fairly easy listening.

I don't have it locked in at a 123.0 PL though. I left it open, figuring down the road things might change wiht regard to PL.

The 470.3875 PL 156.7 has not been used for years. So, that can be taken off.
