Allegheny County DB

Hello All,
I have been sitting here programming my BCD53HP and was looking for some database help.
Does anyone have or know where to find a list of what departments use what frequencies in Allegheny County? As an example... Part of my territory covers into Allegheny County down around Bridgeville. I am looking to narrow it down as much as possible. If Bridgeville is in the South PD Zone then what South PD Zone Channel do they use? Another example, I know that Penn Hills PD is in the East Zone and they use East PD 2, therefore I do not have to scan all of the East PD channels if I only want to listen to Penn Hills. Is there a comprehensive list floating around to help with this?

Any help with this would be great.
