153.89000 Homestead Fire Dispatch
154.07000 Homestead Fire Operations
156.21000 Mon Valley Police Dispatch 3

These are the three main channels. Homestead is not part of the City of Pittsburgh, even though it is right on the border. I am thinking their fire dispatch is still independant whereas police is thru county 911.

But why just monitor Homestead frequencies? You will hear plenty on the city channels as well as the north, south, east, and west zones too!

Homestead is dispatched by the county. They are in the east zone. Police are still on 156.210. Fire has moved to Allegheny county east zone UHF.
