I am not hearing anything on MARCS! Are they using conventional channels? Also, Hoser147, are you Hoser1 on limaohio.com?

All the fire and EMA stuff was on conventional. Post 2 units were using their normal MARCS talkgroups as were some Putnam County mutual aid fire units.

Allen County public safety won't be switching to MARCS until early next year.

Funny, I heard some encrypted traffic on 69 OPS1.

That might have been the same thing I heard. I was watching Trunker at that time. Trunker wasn't showing enc for 69 OPS1. ODNR was talking at the same time and their encryption flag apparently got picked up by scanners and pased on to 69 OPS1. I hit scan and the encyption went away.

I know for a fact that those radios do not have an encryption module in them. I was wondering why it did that. I have all of those ODNR TGIDs locked out because Uniden scanners can't seem to ignore encrypted channels.
