This morning while during a custom search in the CC mode fm vhf 153-157 mhz. The scanner stop on frequency 154.665, Usaully it will decode and a trunk apco p-25 talkgroups will appear. But strangely this time, it was displaying LT system and a LTR talkgroup appeared, flashing several time without sound. I thought for a moment my bcd396t scanner was buggin out. Because the almr frequency 154.665 in cc mode is truely a apco p-25 So what gives here?

If you're in the Anchorage area, that frequency (154.6625 is the true frequency), is for the Rabbit Creek site 130.

About seeing LTR info, make sure the system is setup properly as a 'P25' on your BCD396T. If you're seeing the numbers at the top of the display while you're on Hold on that control channel, that's just part of the system info just like AlaskaRadar provided.
