Once You Program In A "dummy" Frequency Such As 1300 Between Your Cc's, Can You Lock It Out So As To Make The Scanner Faster, Or Will The Speed Difference Be Insignificant Enough As To Warrant Just Leaving It Alone? Any Ideas Are Appreciated.
Thanks

If you lock it out, it's the same as not being there as far as the scanner is concerned. They need to be active, FM mode frequencies (no CTCSS or DCS tone).

But doesnt locking it out effect the CC monitoring (negating the reason for having the gap there)?
Maybe im wrong.
