Alpha tag issues

I am broadcasting a feed with my PSR-500. 80% of the time, alpha tags are broadcast fine. But sometimes it just bounces between the two screens seen below. Anyone else having this problem?

This is the first report of this issue that I've heard.

The best thing I can recommend is to check your connections. Be sure everything is plugged-in securely. Some of those USB connectors can get pretty loose. Your programming/control cable could also be intermittently failing.
