Alpha Taging on Broadcastify

I recently switch my feed radio on Broadcastify from a BCD 996XT to a BCD 536HP. With using the USB cable it will no longer work for alpha tagging.It says USB Mass Storage. Does anyone have a solution

When you plug the cable in to the front port, you are given the options of Mass Storage or Serial Port. Press the No key for serial.

The rear port is preferred as it's more reliable. If using the rear port then it needs setup. Go to Menu -> Set Your Location -> Set Up GPS - > Set Serial Port - 115200 bps.

Ok. I just tried all of that and still dosnt recognize the Com Port. Help Help
