I am posting here to know if anyone using Proscan, Trunking Recorder or Virtual radar has Altice One (Optimum) as their isp. I can not seem to get any ports to forward resulting in not being able to get into any of these programs I run from over the internet. All works fine on home network. I know it's not a problem with any of the programs listed above. Just want to know if anyone is using Altice One? I am on Long Island. I have forwarded ports in the past and know how to do it. Just can't get it to work with the new isp supplied equipment. I also searched to see if others on the web have an issue with port forwarding with Altice and so far have not seen anything specific to the subject.
