Greetings,
yeah still in Indy till tomorrow, so I decided to have a look at ERS-OCI Connect Plus Site 7 (Downtown)

the database information definitely needs to be updated, running my SDS200 and DSDPlus (latest Fastlane) and there are some Gaps in the LCN structure

1/2 451.8625
3/4 appears to be disabled no transmissions at all
5/6 463.2000
7/8 452.4375
9/10 464.7875
11/12 This is the bugger, I've scanned ALL the licensed frequencies (over 80) and it refuses to pop up, I can see it being used but this frequency is being a bear, I even sat on SDR# and SDR Console trying to see spectrum activity but I couldn't find it.
13/14 452.5625

so I'm at a loss with 11/12 I've looked everywhere I can think of, it is running but maybe they are using a different DCC than 4, I am close to Site 15 as well and they use DCC 6

Any Ideas?

Have you done a band search using the SDS? 451.0 --> 455.0 and 460.0 --> 465.0 may help you track it down.

Yes FCC licenses, scanned the spectrum, all the normal tricks of the trade, probably why this is frustrating me cause they may be using a different color code on that repeater but I have no idea

Why would the color code have anything to do with your inability to find the frequency? If you are searching the band the color code doesn't matter.

The repeater has both a Con+ and Cap+ system on it sharing all the freqs on multiple licenses. There is a 800 MHz Cap Max in the works there also.

I’m usually on top of this stuff, can the Cap+ and Con+ share a repeater then?

No. I think what he was referencing was that they will use some frequencies for the Cap+ and some for the Con+ from the same licence(s) at the same site.
