Amateur Radio Call Sign Database Help

I submitted my call sign information so that I can the amateur radio operator badge two weeks ago, but it hasn't show up. If anyone can provide any help, that would be greatly appreciated.

I had to email them a couple of times to get myself added. Also had to email them a couple times to change my user name.

Your callsign is not yet in the RR DB, that's why the badge is not showing up.
