Amateur Radio Exam Generator

If you think your close and ready to take the exam, try downloading the Exam Generator and take a free trial run and see if your ready. The questions that you see on the Exam Generator will actually be the same that you would see on a real test but they are all mixed and you don't always get the same questions. Here is the link for the download. http://www.ic.gc.ca/epic/site/smt-gst.nsf/en/h_sf05378e.html

When you think your ready to take the exam, visit this link and look up an examiner near you and I'm sure you'll be able to work a time to do the exam. http://www.callsign.ca/lex_prov.php?prov=ON
Have fun and all the best.

The price is up to the individual examiner...our local one charges 20.00$$ not really that bad....

He provides you with the test and question booklet and he also fills out the form and faxes it to Industry Canada upon passing the test.

Good luck on your test. On the http://www.rac.ca web page you can find lots of information on designated examiners, and pretty much any question that you have. Also, find out where you "local Amateur Radio Club" meets, and they can be a wealth of information. What area are you in? I'm sure someone on here is close to you to pass on some contacts if you need help. I know the local Designated Examiner in Guelph would be more than thrilled if the person wanting to be tested brought him a coffee!

again, good luck, and if you have any more questions, I'd be happy to try and help.
