First off, you are asking about a database issue, not a forums issue. Your question should have been posted in the Database Discussion Forum. I have moved the thread there.

Secondly, any changes that you think need to be made to the RadioReference database should be submitted using the "Submit" button at the top of the page. Your submission will be brought to the attention of the appropriate database admin so that they can address it.

Off-line or just inactive? Has it been confirmed equipment removed from site?

I would confirm these details with the trustee of the repeater site [whether it be a club or individual].
Once it has been confirmed indeed off-line and equipment no longer in use, as suggested above, submit this to RR, and give a detailed explanation of you came to that conclusion.

An equipment malfunction can take quite a while to fix now days. It took us nearly 6 months to get a replacement controller board for one of our repeaters due to part shortages and shipping issues. We also have two repeaters down due to a tower being dismantled and although we found new homes for them (2 different hospital buildings), the repeaters are still not live mostly due to the hospitals not allowing access or doing the necessary work to allow us to install them. This process has been over two years and still no date for them having everything ready for the equipment to be installed.

C'mon fellas, there's no such thing as paper repeaters. Just go to each trustees house, knock on their door, and check out their shack and antenna stack.
