other than no manual, no batteries, it was perfect.latest version firmware. No clock or display issues.

other accessories were included belt clip, USB cable, no marks.

Was the SMA->BNC adapter in there?

Batteries are not a big deal, as I prefer the Eneloop Pro batteries anyway, and the manual is available online as a *.pdf file.
