    We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

    If you violate these guidelines your post will be deleted without notice and an infraction will be issued. We are not against discussion of this issue. You just need to do it in the right place. For example:

Denver police were asking the public's help to find a 22-year-old man suspected of assaulting his wife Sunday afternoon. They believe he has his 5-year-old son with him.Investigators say Elias Johnny Santisteven and Maria Santisteven were at the Quality Auto Sound at 6699 E. Leetsdale Drive today at approximately 3:00 p.m. They say the two were involved in a physical altercation.
The suspect, Elias Johnny Santisteven assaulted the victim Maria Santisteven and fled the scene before police could get there. The two children who were with the pair at the time of the altercation were temporarily placed with the suspect's mother.
The suspect went to his mother's home shortly thereafter and took both children but dropped off the two-year-old at a friend's home in the area of 92nd Avenue and Huron Street. The suspect is believed to still have his five-year-old son, Deion Santisteven, with him.
Investigators fear that the child may be in danger. The suspect was last seen driving a gray vehicle with an unknown driver.
Anyone with information as to the location of Elias Johnny Santisteven and five-year-old Deion Santisteven is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP.
