i looked in the database and didnt see any frequencies listed for ambulances in the belleville area

My guess would be they're under the Kingston talkgroups on Fleetnet Zone 2.

Try listings prefixed with MOH

Not all cities are listed in the MOH section of the database. They are group by district!

To clarify things for savage308, ambulance listings are thus: MOH(area) CACC talkgroups, MOH Common Talkgroups & MOH Hospital talkgroups. You will also notice in RadioReference they are categorized as EMS.
