Ambulance Status 0 All Norfolk County Units

Does anyone know what this means? Fleetnet TG 35632 (Norfolk/Haldimand/Brant). A unit was sent to a call and upon dispatch giving a Status 0 moved to London channel (from the Norfolk Channel).

Status 0 has been used in the US to indicate no available units.

Status 0 means no units are currently available to respond to calls. You will hear this quite frequently in Brant as well as Norfolk.
