It is programmed as you have outlined. It does not work. It does not work on the 264t, or on my bct15. But other sites (vandalia mo, and the two lake ozark sited Greg listed) work fine. They were all programmed the same. I only programmed the site freqs as a scat system in order to listen to it while trying to figure out why its not working. I wish I knew someone local with a RS scanner and see if it works for them.
I'm no EDACS expert, but I think the CC is out of spec. some how. Just enough to mess with a scanner, but not enough to mess with their radios. The local UE guys never complain about the radios not working, but the MDT's Never work(yes I know the MDT's have nothing to do with the CC). They always call the dispatcher to pull work orders and such.
