woodson (throckmorton) - already confirmed online and in DB
tradewinds (san patricio) - already confirmed online and in DB

Refugio TX (Refugio) WPCB258 - not in DB -- probably should be on the lookout for it coming online
- likely 43.43 (in which 43.43 was reported as a neighbor of another TX site with a CC (at the time) of 854.9375
- so it is extremely likely that it is online, but the active CC may or may not be 854.9375

If you're around the Refugio TX area, please attempt to confirm by using Pro96Com, DSDPlus or Unitrunker and checking to see if you find a site 43.43 on one of the freqs above. If you do, please gather/submit all details - (primary/alt ccs, nac, sysid, site ID, active frequencies seen, neighbors/peers and the frequencies associated with those neighbors/peers.

Took a drive to Refugio. Can confirm a CC of 855.9375 with NAC 02B. Neighbor reported is 57 (Tradewinds).

Site 57 is now reporting site 13 (probably Corpus Christi) and 43 as neighbors. 13 was showing isolated in DSDplus. Shows CC of 854.7875. Was unable to receive while in Corpus.

Info for Refugio has been submitted.

This morning Frederick, OK 1F9 041-041 is showing a new neighbor
1F8 093-093 855.28250
This frequency isn't even licensed and for some reason it's corrupting unitrunker and making it crash unless I delete the 1F8 system.
Good thing I back up (export) all my systems separately but that might not be enough.

I did this repeatedly and it is still trying to populate and delegate 1F8 or someting and crash.
I had something similar happen with one of the other western OK sites with a TX neighbor but it quit crashing because conditions haven't been good enought to receive it since then.

If I can't figure out what's going on and fix it then I will probably give up and stop providing updates.

I stopped using Unitrunker a while back since I had the same problem. I find all my new sites using DSD-Plus-Fastlane.
I am working on finding more sites in WV that are online but need to be confirmed.

The "fake" CC populated on the neighbor list changed twice. It went from 856.9125 to 854.8125
so it appears 1F8 093-093 Is Quanah, TX FCC Callsign WRMP753 (AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER SERVICE CORPORATION).

Perhaps that site is just coming online, or isn't quite online yet. I think (and you can correct me if I'm wrong), UT does not differentiate between connected peers and failed/isolated peers. So it might actually be a failed/isolated peer for now with some oddball frequency and may not reflect properly on any neighbor lists until it is a connected peer. Just a thought.

I don't know. I have never seen a site fail on a multi-site P25 system before.

AEP's EDACS system has several sites around here that have always shown "island" and have no neighbors.

I can check UT on a pa site that’s has two Isolated sites. Hopefully I can get it to work

DSD showed two sites that are isolated. UT only showed one site not the other that were isolated on DSD.

As AEP rolls out the new system there were some that came online up here and were under a false C/C just until they were ready to fire it up for good and then the correct frequencies were put in and all was good

I don't know if this was mentioned previously in this thread but I just noticed something.
All of the site NACs in my area are the same as the hexadecimal RFSS-Site Number.
I looked a a few random sites in the DB on all 5 of the system IDs and they are the same way.

Yeah, so far that has been the case for 100 percent of the submitted sites, throughout multiple states.
