American Electric Power Ice Storm Talkgroups

The last 2 days I have been listening to the restore work being done on AEP, I have 4 talkgroups I can't find in the database.

03-064 This is the busiest of the 4, Linemen

08-081
08-121

Anyone have an idea who they may be?

Could someone explain why I'm hearing Columbus Trouble East 05-145 here in Kentucky, and they are doing work in Franklin County, Ohio?

08-081 is probably a Logan WV TG
08-121 is probably a Beckley WV TG

Out of all of those talkgroups, somebody has to be mentioning geographic areas and the dispatcher has to be mentioning something clueful as to "AAAA Trouble". For instance, "Steubenville Trouble", "Wheeling Trouble", etc.
