Ok thanks. Yes, 2701 had been quite active hear at certain times during the day. Thought that one time I heard them say they were testing Cambridge site. So _maybe_ there is a Cambridge site up. But righ tbefore it they said they were testing another site and then corrected themselves, and I thought they corrected by saying Cambridge. Of course I heard that off of New Philadelphia site over here. They apparently have some radios near various sites today.
Here in my neck of the woods I'm not seeing the slew of other talkgroups that you, Rakkfo, N8JSW, and Firemantom are seeing. But the sites I'm monitoring are in podunkville.

40.40 : There is no West Jefferson or Concord site. 40.40 is a neighbor of Zanesville and the choices (ruling out things extremely far away from Zanesville) are Cambridge and Bloomfield, either of which would make a lot of sense.
47.47 : I'm going to reach out to Tom-PYR since Mt Sterling is in his home county. If 47.47 is Mt Sterling, then the RFSS-Site changed (which is entirely possible).

I agree and disagree. I agree that it is not West Jeff but there is a Concord (WPCQ245) and after further review I believe that is 40.40 due to neighbors and topographical analysis. I could only copy 40.40 when I was at the Johnstown (I was incorrectly calling it Northridge) site which has LOS to Concord.
Concord (New Concord) is the FCC-designated "Bloomfield" site on WPCQ245. So we are in agreement, just using different names for the same place.

I made a Google Earth file to map things out if anyone thinks it may be of use. Each site folder has a map to all the neighbors. The LP's are the sites I monitored from.
I will be in Columbus tomorrow, I may drive to the Delaware site near Powell to confirm that. Maybe next week I can make my way to Newark. I also made a Google Earth .kmz for anyone to use.

Notice that DSDPlus picked up some data/voice channels for some sites -- which makes those sites even easier to identify. You obviously nailed Etna, Newark, Columbus -- and it seems Mt Sterling as well. I'm not going to change Mt Sterling until I hear back from Tom though, although I'm confident in your findings and that 47.47 is Mt Sterling.
Heck ya -- I'm a fan of Googl Earth (but don't know how to add things in there myself). Thanks for the file ready for import.

This would be Hillsboro (Highland) - WPCQ255 - 854.3625 . But I won't add it yet because it was not monitored direct but rather added to the P25data file by virtue of it showing on a neighbor list only.

Don't be surprised if 66.66 is actually Chillicothe (Ross).
53.53 is Hillsboro (Highland)
66.66 and 47.47 (Mt Sterling) list 53.53 as a neighbor
33.33 Etna (Licking), 43.43 Columbus (Franklin) and 47.47 (Mt Sterling) list 66.66 as a neighbor
And I wouldn't imagine any Delaware site having Hillsboro as a neighbor with Mt Sterling active and in between.
Even though Chillicothe may not be as close as one might like to be a neighbor, when no other more local sites are online to the south of Columbus / Etna then certainly Chillicothe could be a neighbor. I'd be willing to wager that 66.66 is Chillicothe (Ross)

Likely going to be Leonardsburg (Delaware). Only two sites licensed to its 854.7125 CC -- Leonardsburg (Delaware) and Philo (Muskingum).

I limited my search at first to 30 miles and as things started to fall in place I realized that whom ever is putting this system together is doing a really good job picking sites. With that said said I would not be surprised at all. Additionally In my log I only heard 66.66 from 161 and Beech Rd and it was weak signal. If it were Delaware Co site I assume that I would have heard it in Johnstown. I also have it marked as suspect since it is a Mt Sterling, I guess I limited the range to much. Good catch.
I also agree I must have transposed those when I copied it to RR. My notes also show Leonardsburg and Philo for 854.7125. When I did terrain analysis from my listening posts to Philo I did not have line of site.
I get nothing. Possibly too weak
There is no doubt (at least in my mind) that Site 47.47 is Mt Sterling.
1. The Mt Sterling license is the only license that contains more than one of the three frequencies (and in fact, it has all three freqs licensed)
2. The neighbor list would make perfect sense if this were Mt Sterling (with etna, columbus, hillsboro, chillicothe as neighbors)
but I haven't added it to the DB yet because the DB already contains 1F6-8.8 as Mt Sterling, which happens to be in the home county of the grand wizard db admin WA8PYR and I don't want to remove it / modify it. Once he verifies I'm sure It'll get added.

47.47 is Mt Sterling; I confirmed the other day and updated the DB. If I get a chance I'll search around and check for 66.66 as Chillicothe as well as whatever else I can hear from my QTH. Won't be traveling anywhere south this weekend due to Pumpkin Show traffic (traffic is being re-routed past my office and it's jacked up already, so I may get out while I can still get out).
