Thank you. You don't happen to have the frequencies associated with the peers (11.11, 46.46, 48.48) that you provided in the submission, do you? I know that DSDPlus and Proscan will show the frequencies that are the current CCs of the peers/neighbors, but I don't know if Unitrunker shows the actual frequencies or just shows 0.0. If you were to look at the 1F9 system in Unitrunker, and then click on teh Channels tab, you could then scroll down until you found any frequencies showing for 1F9-11.11, and 1F9-46.46 (we already know 48). Can you check and see if the frequencies are available?

I have added this new site to the DB. Thanks again!

Mike
Doesn't look like it shows the frequencies.
Not sure if they can be calculated from the LCN information.

THank you. Yes, the LCNs can be calculated. Site 11.11's LCN 313 is 854.9125 (likely the Nowata site)

Can you give a screenshot of Site 46? You presented a screenshot of Sites 11 and 48, but we already have 48 in the DB. I'm looking for 46.

Thanks!

Opps. Missed that site in the last post.
Here is what I show for site 46.

In Unitrunker when a new site appears you need to push the band plans to all sites. Then next time it picks up cc data for that site, either direct or as a neighbor, it should populate the frequency. You can calculate frequencies from the band plan and LCN too.

Looks like you are right. I was able to pull this in last night. I'll keep monitoring since this was a fringe decode and not 100% sure that is all the neighbor sites.

I was in the middle of editing the post for that. The only neighbors that showed up was 35.35. Not 100% sure that was because of decode quality or what. It was pretty weak, but was able to get the CC / SCC channels a few times with the same results.

System has really started coming online the last few weeks!

In many cases the damned peer/neighbor lists make it difficult to know for sure where some of the sites are that Im guessing. That's because some sites have updated peer/neighbor lists and some sites are listing neighbors from when they were originally configured months ago when much fewer sites are online. So, you have a site that is 50 miles away showing up as a neighbor on a site, when there are 3-4 sites in between that have come online since then.

Example -- I "think" 27.27 is Jay OK. Sand Springs lists 27.27 as a neighbor. But there are three sites online and confirmed in between Sand Springs and Jay (which technically would mean that if 27.27 is Jay, the peer lists really aren't sensibly up to date -- no way Jay would be a neighbor of Sand Springs when Sand Springs has three closer neighbors to the east)

Similar situation with 15.15, which I "think" is Vinita.

They sure are going fast.

1A9 Site 6.6 was picked up for a bit between Purcell and Moore on I-35 today, here's the dump from DSDPlus (sorry for not having names in this, I was not anticipating picking up the system while on the road). I will leave this partial data for someone else to fill in and submit:

Code:
  Network: 92715.1F9

  Bandplan #0: Base=851.00000 Offset=-45 Spacing=12.5 BW=12.5
  Bandplan #8: Base=851.00000 Offset=-45 Spacing=12.5 BW=12.5 Slots=2

    Site: 6.6 NAC=006

    Neighbor: 92715.1F9-17.17
    Neighbor: 92715.1F9-26.26
    Neighbor: 92715.1F9-27.27
    Neighbor: 92715.1F9-29.29
    Neighbor: 92715.1F9-45.45

    Channel 0-315: 854.93750 SCC
    Channel 0-371: 855.63750 CC
    Channel 0-423: 856.28750 SCC

    Site: 17.17

    Channel 0-303: 854.78750 CC

    Site: 26.26

    Channel 0-297: 854.71250 CC

    Site: 27.27

    Site: 29.29

    Channel 0-301: 854.76250 CC

This is funny. AEP (or their pencil pushers) screwed up. They filed an app in July for a new site on a newly constructed tower in Baird, TX
ULS Application - Business/Industrial/Land Trans, 809-824/854-869 MHz, Trunked - 0009159523 - American Electric Power Service Corporation but they got the location wrong. The lat/lon coordinates on the application, coordination and waiver attachments (32-32-42.9 N, 099-22-18.4 W) is 10 miles north (in the next county) of the ASR tower location (32-23-42.9 N 99-22-18.4 W) and the street address of the tower should be County Road 494 not 394.

Out of a hundred if not thousands of sites, what in the world would have possessed you to dig so deeply into that application to find that? Kudos to you, but I'll be honest -- I never chedk that information when I maintain these multistate maps. So, there are probably a lot of errors in location that aren't necessarily my errors (although I can fat finger things too). I updated my map so that it reflects both locations (neither of which actually show a tower on Google Maps). Although, your finding obviously makes a ton more sense -- right in Baird, one-off on the address and off on the latitude. That location in Baird looks like a sensible spot for a tower.

I see that AEP submitted a notification that the tower had been constructed in Baird sometime between the 12/2018 initial filing date and the 2/2020 construction notification - ASR Registration 1308662 . Looks like they fumbled that on the tower registration initially.

Nice catch!

Mike

I made my own Google Earth AEP map and went through most of OK and TX sites. I noticed the location was in the wrong county. Then I looked at the FCC ASR layer from https://fccinfo.com/fccinfo_google_earth.php and saw that there was no tower there and matched it with the ASR number and location.

Still any thoughts on 7.7? Getting weak signal again with that. All frequencies match Poteau. However, we don't have any of the neighbor sites figured out except Leonard.
