Amplifier for unpowered scanner speakers

I was looking for a small amp for my scanner in car, just picked up a boss riot from parts express for $25 , hooked it up on my bench to test and it came through loud and clear.

I'm going to be wiring the output from this amp to my factory center channel speaker in my car. Its an 8ohm 25w rating. This amp is way over rated on its specs but its perfect for some vocals from a scanner.

I got the Boss (1440 I think) and it worked out great.

IF you did it right, you could use the two halves together or separate as needed,
and you have treble and bass controls.
