So I read a couple a weeks ago how Gold Cross closed up with no warning and Amr came to the rescue. So my question is did Amr took over the Gold Cross channels or did they bring in there own channels.

Imperial County officials pronounced Wednesday, Feb. 13 that the County will officially transition emergency ambulance services to American Medical Response (AMR) effective Wednesday, Feb. 20. It has been reported recently Schaefer Gold Cross, known locally as Gold Cross, was experiencing financial difficulties and would not be able to fulfill its contract.
