Got this in my email this morning:
Beginning Monday, January 16th at 0700 hours we will move AMR and all of the Volunteer Fire and Medical Agencies to WYOLINK. The following is a summary of Chuck’s original plan which we used during the testing period back in July and August:
911 GOVT (Conventional VHF)
Call pages and call details will continue to be broadcast on 911-Govt just as they currently do for the Fire Districts.
WYOLINK Talkgroup 02FDSP A
WYOLINK 02 Fire Dispatch A – is the primary WYOLINK fire dispatch communication channel for Laramie County Volunteer Agencies.
02FDSP A is the operational communication channel for accidents and EMS calls, and will be referred to on the radio as 02Fire A.
WYOLINK Talkgroup 02FDSP B
WYOLINK 02 Fire Dispatch B – is the secondary WYOLINK fire dispatch communication channel for Laramie County Volunteer Agencies.
02FDSP B will be used for fire response by the VFD’s and will be referred to on the radio as 02Fire B
