Have they changed freqs and so on. I have sat on the channel all day with no hit at all. I have check the freqs and ctss tones 3 times

The analog frequency for AMR in San Joaquin County is now depreciated. They have transitioned to P25 digital, using 464.2000 with a NAC of 209.

Just a suggestion to check the database if you run into that issue again. It's been changed and listed in the database for several months :)
