Does AMR/Medic West still transports for Clark County and Las Vegas Fire?

Yes. AMR, MedicWest, and Community do a lot of the 911 transports. Clark County Fire does almost no transports. Las Vegas FD does some transports. North Las Vegas Fire does almost no transports either. Henderson Fire does all of its own transports. AMR, MedicWest, and Community all have areas of the county that they've been given responsibility for 911 transport/response by the Southern Nevada Health District. Pretty much every fire apparatus with Clark County, Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas are equipped and staffed at the paramedic level.

Just to add to the list, Boulder City Fire has paramedic ambulances and handles transports for Clark County at Hoover Dam and the Hoover Dam lodge per a long standing agreement. They also respond to Lake Mead NRA when requested by the Park Service although Community Ambulance is generally requested if available. The Park Service also has a couple of ambulances and a couple of paramedics but they try to avoid transports and use Community.
