This is gonna sound weird to yall, but I work for AMT onthe streets as an EMT and I bought myself a new scanner (BC 898T) and would like to find the frequencies used for the trunking system they have so I can listen to my co-workers when I am off and at home.

Thanks for any and all help

Nothing weird about this at all.

Where exactly are you located - that will help us help you.

Andy: You specifically asked for the trunked freqs. In addition, I assume you probably already know that your C-Med link freq is 155.22.

By the way, you guys took care of my dad a few years ago when he was ill and needed several transports to the hospital. I was always very impressed with the skill and care of everybody at AMT. Great job !

Yes Andy, you want the Peoria Supreme system site #2 which is copy & pasted below. If your new to scanner listening. Set the system up as a Motorolla Type 2 trunking system. Enter in Talkgroups 52800 & 52816 and have it scan only those TG's. There is a plethora of other businesses on your 800 Mhz radio system. The 52800 freq is the Peoria side AMT, the 52816 is for Tazewell County side for TazComm.

002 East Peoria 2 854.13750 854.41250 854.73750 855.08750* 855.28750 855.31250 855.58750 855.76250 856.11250*
856.51250* 856.68750 857.11250* 857.51250 857.68750 857.78750 858.11250 858.51250 858.68750
859.11250 859.51250 859.68750 860.11250 860.51250

Cleartalk too

They also have a TG on the ClearTalk system. You'll need to look that up. I out of range so I don't have it memorized.

Thanks for all the help guys, now we will see if I can figure out how exactly to program my new scanner for all this. I am not new to the whole scanning thing, just the trunking features of it. I will get back to you if I happen to have any other questions.

AMT Alert tones

Hello everyone I have decoded the alert tones for C MED, They are:

Central Medical Emergency Dispatch (C MED)
155.220
321.7Hz/1153.4 C MED Alert Tones Hz 1sec/3sec QCII

You can find them @ http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?action=codes&code_id=2577

But now I'm try to decode TAZCOM's alert tones for AMTin Pekin. Does anyone know if they simulcast AMT'S dispatch on Pekin FD freq 154.250. I know they simulcast Pekin FD dispatch off of the EDACS system to the VHF system (Pekin FD freq 154.250)

Thanks, usaf32dpj

Here in LaSalle County, AMT in Streator is on the Cleartalk system ( http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=2711 ). They're dispatched on 155.2050 (100.0) by Streator PD and go en-route with AMT dispatch in Peoria on the Cleartalk talkgroup 12368. I've also heard the talkgroup used for out-of-town transfers from Peoria so it might be in most of their ambulances?
