Has anyone been able to pick up Amtrak in Rensselaer or CENTRO in Syracuse?

Has anyone been able to pick up Amtrak in Rensselaer or CENTRO in Syracuse?

Is Centro not still on the UHF analog frequencies? I’ve been in Florida since 2007 but born and raised in Syracuse and always listened to Centro!!!!!

Heard them last week from route 9 viaduct and Teller's crossing. They are using low powered handheld radios for baggage and station communications. Cannot hear them once I'm on top of the hill in East Greenbush.

I'm not sure about CENTRO, this was my first time in that area. For Amtrak, that's the 160 level frequencies right? I would have thought I could receive at least something in Downtown area Albany.
