Local media is reporting that there are major disruptions in the Philly metro area to Amtrak, SEPTA, NJT, etc because of ‘radio failure’. I have mo more specifics.

Edit: some media are now reporting a ‘server failure that affected signals’.

I just heard that too, I am near SEPTA Bristol station on the Northeast Corridor near Grundy interlocking.

I am monitoring the North and South Road Channel for the Northeast Corridor which changes right at Grundy interlocking. Also monitoring Amtrak police. SEPTA meets NJT at Trenton Transportation Center for connections North and South, the Harrisburg line also runs on the Northeast Corridor from New York so it's a domino effect, signal problems would make sense, I'm not receiving anything on form D's so that trains could pass stop signals yet.

MOW frequency in this area not active, so signal breakdown could be anywhere, 2-hour delays.

Reports from multiple sources indicate a wide-spread failure of the servers controlling signals on the North East Corridor (Amtrak-owned rails) between Washington DC and Boston. Regional carriers who also use the Amtrak rails are also impacted.

I'm listening to Trenton rail station which is a major hub for NJT, SEPTA and Amtrak and their signals are working as they jockey trains around that are delayed but they are having departures to Points North and South, just not on time.
