Amtrak San Antonio

I’m trying to listen to dispatchers on a BNSF line that Amtrak operates on but I can’t find what frequency it’s on I used the FRA map it said the track was owned by BNSF and that the subdivision was del rio but the database has no del rio sub for BNSF.

That's not BNSF-owned railroad. It's owned by UP. BNSF, as well as Amtrak, have trackage rights ("TRKRGHTS") on that line.

UP Del Rio Sub is in the RR database (Subcategory: Union Pacific/Del Rio Subdivision (Texas Railroads)).
