An old pager seeks owner of frequency.

My apologies if I have stumbled onto the wrong website. I am an amatuer radio enthusiast who used to subscribe to Monitoring Times and Satellite Times, own an aor 8000 and a scout. I also own an older Motorola beeper, numeric only, and am seeking information on who owns its operating frequency: 929.4625, and how I can get it reactivated. It should be USA Mobility since that freq is licensed to them in LA and throughout CA, among other states.
