Analog frequencies for FEDS

i was just wondering are there any FEDs that still use analog if so who

In my area TSA is the only one who uses digital everyday. Like ecps stated, it is all about your location. ICE/CBP, FBI (rarely P25), & DEA (rarely P25, and only in the past 2 months) still use analog around here.

Out here in CA the CBP is heavily encrypted. There is very little in the clear.

Why not search the bands, 162-174, 138-144, 148-150.8 and 406-420 and post back what you hear... Bet you find plenty... for NY/NJ/PA/DE
