I would venture to say listening to anyone on 42.06 would be in analog. Being Lowband equipment is hard to source now and even harder for P25 stuff in that band I'd start with analog.

But to add pretty much all WVSP are on Siren. I dont think there is any low band used.

Just becasue its licenced doesn't mean its used. Our county still has lowband licenced. I dont know of one fire house or county tower that has a radio that works on it.
