Analyz Mode Questions

Hello all, I am trying to figure out what some of the numbers mean when I am in analyz mode.
I have a RadioShack Pro197
So here goes, when I hit manual and toggle to desired control channel, then F2 (TSYS) then F3 (Analyz) there are a few things going on.
Can anyone explain this or direct me to a place that can?
I am aware of the digital decode percentage, my questions are with the other numbers and what they mean and or indicate
IE
46% N406 W : BEE07
Sy : 40F R001 S006

Also which is more important Signal Bars or Decode percentage? For example if I have low Decode percentage but strong signal is that better or worse then the reverse?

I know its a lot but I am at a loss finding answers.

Well for starters your decode rate is 46% kinda low.
System ID is 40F that is a hex number that equals 1039.

R001 S006 should be this site.

Site NAC is 406 and BEE07 is the system WACN

The Chicago Isanti Site is a 6 Site simulcast Site. Most scanner will struggle with it this strong signal but low decode performance.

Each site has different frequencies this looks more like a multicast system his low decode could be not much signal

Click on the FCC callsign for that site. You will see six tower locations for the site. Those six all share the same frequencies for the site.
Sure looks simulcast to me.
