While listening to some traffic, I noticed that the timer progresses in an odd manor. I saw it progress thusly:
2:57
2:58
2:59
2:60
3:01

I watched that happen a few times, with different base minutes. I restarted the feed, a couple times, to see if it was a one-off occurrence. (I have Ver 1.66 installed.)
