Android app to show text tags - personal stream

OK, so here is the question:

I have been using Tuned in Radio on my iPhone to stream the audio AND text tags over bluetooth to the screen in my 2014 Sonata. This is from my personal Proscan and Radio Feed feeds.

I switched over to an Android (Galaxy S5) phone, and while Tuned in Radio DOES work, I find it to be unreliable.

So I have been using the Galaxy as a mobile hotspot and streaming the scanner over the iPhone, actually using the iPod plug in the car, which allows me to still use bluetooth on the Galaxy.

Does anyone have an app that can stream the text tags over bluetooth, like Tuned In Radio does, but can work more reliably?
