Animal Cops?

I'm curious as to what frequency the NYC ASPCA police use? Do they use the common NYPD frequencies?

I heard that they use either nextel or some IDEN device. cant hear them from what I understand

They are on an iDEN system. Of course they also do have access to the normal NYPD radios, but they primarly work off of a private iDEN system.
