does anyone know what id Ankeny pd car to car is? I have 14-065 and 15-034 but never hear anything on there. I hear them say on 14-124 to go to a different channel and heard it referred to as car to car but never hear the rest of the traffic. Any suggestions

Have you ever used Unitrunker? Excellent tool for finding new talkgroups plus many more things. You could also use the "talkgroup search" function when you hear them switch channels and try to find them that way. One other possibility could be the use of ProVoice or AEGIS, which no scanner can decode and your scanner automatically skips over it.

I don't think 14-065 is currently in use but 15-034 is the talkgroup for Ankeny PD car and it is analog. When you are monitoring this talkgroup make sure you are listening to the Ankeny site as this talkgroup seems to be localized to this site.
