There really isn't a "water rescue" tone (as far as I know). In fact, they typically tone out ALOT of tones for a water rescue and I think it's based on the station that are known to have divers.

The closest you might be able to get to is what I think is an EMS "All Call" tone -- which is what I believe is the first tone you hear for any rescue box (of any type)....

There is a water rescue all call tone for the divers. I am not sure what reed it.
