Anne Arundel FD Statuses

Hello,

When Fire Alarm asks a unit to select the proper status, what are the units actually doing? Punching a button on the radio? A MDT? If so, what frequency or talkgroup is transmitting the data? How many different statuses are there, and what are they?

The statuses are buttons on the radio. They transmit info regarding a units status to the dispatchers console. Here's a thread with more info.
