Anne Arundel zone questions

According to the Zone map, fire department radios are set up to work with Queen Anne's County, Howard County, Calvert County, Baltimore City and Baltimore County using different zones.

What are the talkgroups associated with these channels?

Are these channels dead until a patch is setup for an incident, or do they rebroadcast the other jurisdiction's traffic continuosly?

When they switch to that zone, they actually switch over into and operate on that jurisdictions radio system. The AA Co radios are only partially programed to operate on the most common TG's for those systems though.
