I have a Pro95 scanner (it is awesome 
) and I just had it programmed. However, there is this really annoying signal that I keep getting that seems to be related to the Frederick Sheriff Control or something and I keep getting this loud buzzing noises that are extremely irritating. The sounds appear on the frequencies 866.61250 and 866.91250 with a Motorola ID of 0976. I don't know what it is but it keeps coming up every ten seconds or so preventing the scanner from scanning properly. I don't know how to eliminate it from the scan so I am really frustrated. I have no idea what it is but I just want my scanner to stop switching to it! Anyone have any ideas?
